Henderson Land launches two-phase Central Yards mixed-use development

According to Henderson Land, over 70% of phase 1’s office and ancillary space has already been pre-leased.

Henderson Land has unveiled Central Yards, a major mixed-use development with over 1.6 million square feet of gross floor area.

The project will be rolled out in two phases—phase 1 launching in 2027 and phase 2 in 2032.

At the heart of the development is “The Bridge,” a 400-metre-long groundscraper designed to form a new horizontal skyline.

The structure will connect Central’s inland neighbourhoods to the harbourfront, aiming to integrate business, public space, and cultural activity.

The project will deliver more than 700,000 square feet of premium office and ancillary space, including the largest office floorplate in Hong Kong’s CBD.

According to Henderson Land, over 70% of phase 1’s office and ancillary space has already been pre-leased, with strong interest from multinational corporations.

Central Yards will also offer a large-scale green public realm. Plans include Central’s largest sky garden—approximately 160,000 square feet and 300 metres in length—and over 300,000 square feet of multi-level open green space.
