3 sites up for sale by public tender

Two of these are home sites.

In a report, the Lands Department announced that a commercial site and two residential sites in the 2013-14 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender.

New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6410, at 650 Cheung Sha Wan Road, has a site area of about 1,498 square metres and is designated for non-industrial purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 10,788 and 17,980 sq m.

Shau Kei Wan Inland Lot No. 854, at the junction of Oi Kan Road and Oi Tak Street, has a site area of about 476 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 2,572 and 4,287 sq m.

Sha Tin Town Lot No. 604 has a site area of about 687 sq m and is designated for non-industrial purposes. The minimum gross floor area is 2,474 sq m. The maximum gross floor area for non-industrial purposes is 2,061 sq m, while that for private residential purposes is computed according to special conditions of sale.

The tender invitation for the three lots will open from February 21 to April 4. Final conditions of sale will be uploaded to the department's website by February 21, when the tenders’ particulars will also be gazetted.
