Hotel site in Kowloon to be sold by tender

A residential site in Lantau will also be sold by public tender.

According to a release, a hotel site in Kowloon and a residential site in Lantau will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.

The tender invitation will open on November 18, and close on December 16.

The hotel site is Kowloon Inland Lot No. 11205 at the junction of Hung Luen Road and Wa Shun Street, Hung Hom Bay Reclamation, Kowloon.

It has a site area of about 15,623 square metres, with a minimum gross floor area of 41,795 square metres, and maximum of 62,492 square metres.

The residential site is Lot No. 726 in Demarcation District No. 4, in Mui Wo. It has a site area of about 2,260 square metres, with a minimum gross floor area of 2,754 square metres and maximum of 4,590 square metres. Its developer can build no more than 50 units on the site.
