Highways Department kicks off tender submissions

Works are to commence on 1 April.

According to a government release, the Highways Department is inviting tenders for a term contract to manage and maintain high speed roads in New Territories East and Hong Kong Island from 2013 to 2019.

The works are scheduled to begin on April 1.

Tender submissions should be placed in the Government Secretariat tender box on the Ground Floor of the Central Government Offices' East Wing at 2 Tim Mei Avenue in Tamar by noon on December 21.

Tender forms and details are available from the office of the Chief Highway Engineer/New Territories East, New Territories Region, Highways Department, at 2/F, Ho Man Tin Government Offices, 88 Chung Hau Street, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon.
