Commercial developments dominated upcoming construction projects.
The Buildings Department has approved 21 building plans in February – four on Hong Kong Island, 10 in Kowloon and seven in the New Territories, according to a government press release.

Of the approved building plans, 11 were for apartment and apartment-commercial developments, six for purely commercial, two for factory and industrial, and another two for community service purposes.
The declared cost of new buildings completed in February was $3.2b.
