Plaza Premium Group triumphs in Hospitality category at HKB Greater Bay Area Enterprise Awards 2025

The company redefines the travel experience with seamless lounge access, rewards, and exclusive benefits through its app, Smart Traveller 2.0.

Plaza Premium Group, the global leader in integrated airport hospitality, has achieved a significant milestone by winning the Hospitality category at the prestigious HKB Greater Bay Area Enterprise Awards 2025. This accolade honours the company’s innovative digital experience and rewards platform, Smart Traveller.

Smart Traveller is a seamless, all-in-one app designed to enhance the travel experience. From effortless access to airport lounges through its integrated feature to exclusive benefits with hotels, dining, and travel partners, Smart Traveller enhances the journey at every step. Members can earn ST Points and redeem them for rewards, including lounge upgrades, accommodations, dining experiences, and unique travel experiences.

The launch of Smart Traveller 2.0 in December 2024 marked a significant breakthrough for Plaza Premium Group. This upgraded version redefines customer engagement and enhances the overall travel experience for travellers in the Greater Bay Area and beyond.

Smart Traveller 2.0 offers a wide range of key features. Its new user-friendly interface prioritises simplicity and ease of use, offering intuitive navigation for members. Travellers can also link their credit cards to check lounge entitlements and view available locations instantly.

Other features include In-App Food Ordering and Instant Flight Alerts. The in-app food ordering feature allows members to order meals directly through the app, whilst Instant Flight Alerts allow members to receive timely updates regarding any changes to their flight status.

The Smart Traveller 2.0 app provides access to special discounts and promotions tailored for members. Members can also convert and consolidate their credit card points and airline miles to redeem rewards easier and faster. Lastly, specifically designed for mainland Chinese travellers, the app’s WeChat Mini Programme enables seamless booking management and rewards without requiring multiple steps to access.

Plaza Premium Group’s commitment to innovation has established it as a pioneer and thought leader in the airport hospitality industry. The company continues to address the unique needs of travellers in the Greater Bay Area while promoting collaboration and development within the region.
“Receiving this award is a testament to our dedication to enhancing travel experiences through innovative solutions. Smart Traveller exemplifies our mission to make travel better for all,” said Simon Huang, Managing Director, Smart Traveller.
