DYXnet bags the ICT - Technology Award at HKB Technology Excellence Awards 2021

DYXnet redefines telecommunications tech by strengthening ICT connectivity and promoting digital inclusion.

DYXnet, a member of NEOLINK and also a leading carrier-neutral network service provider in Greater China with more than 20 years of solid experience, was awarded at the HKB Technology Excellence Awards 2021 in the ICT - Technology category. The company was recognized for its comprehensive network and cloud solutions providing world-class architecture, facility management, and quality hosting service.

DYXnet sets the industry standard for quality and excellence by offering a pioneering variety of network-centric solutions for its clientele. The company deals with services such as network hosting, network connectivity, digital security services, and cloud technology. These services are vital in establishing a comprehensive data center for companies that value a safe and organized information-sharing infrastructure.

“To securely manage digital transformation of our customers’ business and the underlying Hybrid Multicloud environment, we have partnered with numerous cloud providers and solutions leaders including AWS, Google, Check Point, Equinix, Microsoft, Veeam, VMware, and Zoom, for a comprehensive product portfolio. Our solutions include MPLS network, SD-WAN, managed cloud services, backup and disaster recovery, security, and video conferencing.” said Tony Tsang, Chief Executive Officer of DYXnet.

DYXnet was also the first service provider to launch VMware’s Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) in Greater China. The company’s technology, combined with its innovative approach, had been instrumental in its international expansion now serving around 2000 clients across the globe. Adopting SD-WAN technology had allowed the company to provide direct access to cloud services to its customers at a reduced operating cost.

This year its parent company, VNET which is a NASDAQ-listed company and leading carrier-neutral Internet data center and hybrid cloud services provider in China, has formed a new sub-brand “NEOLINK”.  This aims to integrate its New Retailing Unit with DYXnet in providing a suite of diverse solutions for customers in achieving full-cycle digital transformation as well as strengthening the group’s commitment in providing full-stack services for the customers.

“Backed by the cloud-native technology at its core together with the conventional data center and hybrid-cloud capacity from the group, the network and cloud solutions from DYXnet can definitely provide extraordinary user experience with higher stability, flexibility and security. It also streamlines the network complications such as management, configuration, and optimization associated with the wide-area networks. SD-WAN offers strong branch connectivity compared to the traditional WAN architecture by improving network capacity along with reducing overall CAPEX.” Tony explained.

The company recognized that staying connected is vital in the modern world of business. Negotiating deals and communicating with business contacts largely depend on global telecommunications networks. As such, the ever-increasing need for an accessible and reliable means communication had given rise to the demand for quality mobile devices, including tablets, smartphones, and notebooks to access business networks. The company is motivated to be the market leader in this area as more organizations are increasingly looking to strengthen their ICT connectivity and offer digital inclusion to their customers.

This motivation had driven DYXnet to lead a number of market innovations that allowed them to set the bar in the industry. The company was among the first official members of the China Cross-border Data Telecommunications Industry Alliance which meet the service standard required by China’s Communications Administration. It was also the first official reseller of Zoom dedicated to both the Hong Kong and Taiwan market and was also among the first ICT service providers in the region to have obtained ISO certifications.
