Cathay Pacific suspends Dubai and Riyadh flights through March 31
The airline has grounded both passenger and freighter services, citing an urgent security-led pivot.
Cathay Pacific has cancelled its daily passenger flights to Dubai and Riyadh, as well as freighter flights to the same destinations amidst ongoing conflict, up to and including 31 March, the airline said in a statement on 10 March.
Passengers and cargo customers affected by the cancellations will be offered the option to rebook, reroute, or cancel their bookings.
In response to increased demand for Europe, Cathay will operate extra passenger flights to London and add capacity to Zurich in March, the airline said.
“We continue to monitor the situation closely. The safety of our customers and people guides every decision we make,” Cathay Pacific said.
