Francis Liu Hon-por appointed as new Director of Marine

He’s new role will take effect on November 2.

Deputy Director of Marine Francis Liu Hon-por will succeed Roger Tupper as Director of Marine on November 2, and Deputy Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development (Communications & Technology) Alan Siu will succeed Keith Kwok as Government Property Administrator on October 31.

Secretary for the Civil Service Denise Yue is confident Mr Liu and Mr Siu will lead the departments to meet the challenges ahead.

Miss Yue praised the achievements of Mr Tupper and Mr Kwok and wishes them a happy retirement.
