Applications for transport subsidy unveiled

Forms are available at over 70 outlets.

According to a report, application forms for the Labour Department’s Work Incentive Transport Subsidy Scheme are now available at more than 70 distribution outlets.

Individual applicants can apply in July for subsidy for January to June this year, by submitting the individual application form, and apply later for subsidy covering up to 12 months.

Each household-based applicant should submit one household application form. The income and asset limits for the scheme have been adjusted.

Application forms are available at the department’s headquarters, job centres, Home Affairs Department public enquiry service centres, and Social Welfare Department social security field units.
