“To be successful in the China IT market, a company must have both the best-in-breed technology offerings and the broadest industry expertise and the market access,” said Li Ping, Chairman of China Comservice. “This joint venture will leverage the rich industry expertise, broad market access and strong local support of China Comservice to bring Sybase’s leading software solutions to customers in the country.”
