Yau Lee secures final design and construction contract for LPH projects

The contract covers six projects, which will provide around 1,500 units.

The Housing Bureau has awarded the final design and construction contract for Light Public Housing (LPH) projects to Yau Lee Construction Company.

The contract covers six projects, including one at Hang Kwong Street in Ma On Shan and the conversion of five school premises, providing around 1,500 units.

The bureau said the construction works will begin in phases by November.

Meanwhile, the first LPH project will open in Q125.
