Tenders open for 4,200-unit light housing in Tuen Mun

Intake is tentatively scheduled in the third quarter of the year.

The Housing Bureau has invited tenders for the operation and management contract of Light Public Housing (LPH) at Tsing Fat Street, Tuen Mun.

The LPH project will provide about 4,200 units, with intake tentatively scheduled in the third quarter of the year.

Operation and management services mainly cover occupant management, property management and daily maintenance, provision of social services, and management and operation of ancillary facilities.

The bureau said tenders are open to all capable and experienced service providers, including non-government organisations and companies holding a valid property management licence, as well as joint bids formed between such parties.

Tender submissions are due by noon on 6 March.
