No. 22 Kent Road mansion in Kowloon Tong up for tender

The tender will close on 22 November.

CBRE has launched a public tender for No. 22 Kent Road, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong.

The tender for the two-storey residential mansion, which includes a 10,000 sq ft private garden, will close on 22 November at noon.

CBRE stated that the asset will be sold on an "as-is" basis with vacant possession.

The property falls under the 'Residential (Class C) 1' category, making it eligible for redevelopment based on its existing plot ratio or total gross floor area (GFA).
