MK Stay hotel in Mong Kok on sale via EOI

The property has 101 guest rooms.

CBRE announced the sale of MK Stay at 11 Changsha Street, Mong Kok via an expression of interest (EOI).

MK Stay is a 19-storey guesthouse, spanning a total gross floor area (gfa) of approximately 26,140 sq ft. It offers 101 guest rooms and an outdoor sky garden.

It is located near tourist attractions such as the Ladies’ Market, Langham Place, the former Yau Ma Tei Police Station, Yau Ma Tei Theatre, and the Film Center.

It is also near the West Kowloon Cultural District and the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station.

CBRE expects the property to earn at least $1.2m a month in rental income with a 50% reduction in revenue. 

The EOI will close on Wednesday, 9 October.
