Hotel COZi Harbour View in Kwun Tong up for sale via EOI

The EOI will close on 18 June.

JLL has launched an expression of interest (EOI) exercise to sell Hotel COZi Harbour View at 163 Wai Yip Street in Kwun Tong.

The EOI will close on Tuesday, 18 June, at 3 pm.

Hotel COZi Harbour View is a 32-storey hotel with a site area of 19,050 sq ft and a total gross floor area of 235,300 sq ft, offering 598 guestrooms. 

The successful buyer can redevelop the asset into a private student accommodation.
 
Located near the MTR Kwun Tong station, the asset offers convenient access to multiple university campuses, including Lok Fu, Kowloon Tong, and Ho Man Tin, all within a 30-minute subway ride. It is also near large shopping malls for lifestyle and entertainment.
