A six-bedroom luxury house in Overthorpe, Nos. 24 – 26 Mount Austin Road, the Peak, has been launched for sale.
JLL, the property’s sole marketing agent, is selling the house on an "as is" basis with vacant possession.
“Equity deal is feasible,” added JLL.
