Lands Department launches tender for Stanley site
The site has a maximum gross floor area of 44,615 sq m.
The Lands Department launched Rural Building Lot No. 1204 at Cape Road, Stanley for sale via public tender.
The tender will open on November 25 and close on January 6.
The property, which is under the 2022-23 Land Sale Programme, is designated for private residential purposes.
The Stanley site has an area of 23,900 sq m with a minimum and maximum gross floor area of 26,769 sq m and 44,615 sq m, excluding the gross floor area of government accommodation for a residential care home for the elderly to be constructed by the purchaser.
