Housing Bureau invites tenders for Yan Po Road LPH project

Each contract covers about 2,800 units.

The Housing Bureau has invited tenders for two light public housing (LPH) operation and management contracts for the Yan Po Road project in Tuen Mun.

Each contract covers about 2,800 units, with the full development providing roughly 5,600 units and expected to be completed in the third quarter of next year.

The bureau said that, due to the project's relatively large scale, it has been split into two separate contracts to encourage participation from a range of experienced and aspirational organisations.

The contracts include occupant and property management, daily maintenance, social services, and operation of ancillary facilities. They are open to experienced service providers, including NGOs, licensed property management companies, or partnerships.

Technical assessments will consider management capability, experience, past performance, social services, operational plans, exit feasibility, and use of technology.

Tender prices will then be evaluated to select the most suitable providers.

Tenders must be submitted by noon on 10 October via the e-Tendering System or at the Government Secretariat Tender Box, Ground Floor, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar.
