Housing Authority to launch mobile app

It will be aimed at public rental housing tenants.

The Hong Kong Housing Authority is set to launch “iHousing,” the first mobile application for public rental housing tenants on December 13.

According to a press release, iHousing will provide rent enquiry and payment services at any nearby participating convenience store.

Moreover, the app monitors rent payment history for the past six months.

iHousing also sends rent payment reminders and policy messages from HA.

The app can be downloaded free of charge from the Apple App Store or Google Play. The app supports devices running on Android and Apple iOS.
