$550m-luxury property in Mid-Levels East up for sale

The property located at No. 333 Tai Hang Road in Mid-Levels East is estimated to be worth $550m.

Its marketing agent, JLL, said Elegant Court has a saleable area of 13,840 sq ft and a site area of  6,471 sq ft.

The building can be redeveloped into a multi-storey or standalone house with a gross floor area of up to 13,857 sq ft, suitable for self-use or long-term investment for rental income.

“The property provides eight units, two on each floor ranging in size from 1,628 sq ft to 3,270 sq ft, and a car parking space on the ground floor,” JLL said.
