Two residential sites up for auction
The sites are in Tseung Kwan O and Yuen Long.
A news.gov.hk report said the Lands Department will auction off the sites at Queen Elizabeth Stadium on September 6.
According to the report, the Tseung Kwan O town lot has a site area of about 13,393 square metres, with a gross floor area of between 44,197 square metres and 73,662 square metres. At least 960 but not more than 1,010 residential units must be built.
Meanwhile the lot in Tan Kwai Tsuen, Hung Shui Kiu, Yuen Long, has a site area of about 11,192 square metres with a gross floor area between 6,716 square metres and 11,192 square metres. Minimum number of flats to be built is 170.
