Tenders for 2 residential sites awarded at a total premium of $176.111m

The Stanley Inland lot and Sai Kung lot were awarded to Harcourt Holdings and Smaragdine, respectively.

In a release, the Lands Department announced the tenders for two residential sites have been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a total premium of $176.111 million.

Stanley Inland Lot No.91 at Hoi Fung Path, Stanley, was awarded to Harcourt Holdings for $121.111 million. Lot No.1613 in Demarcation District No.222 in Kap Pin Long, Sai Kung, was awarded to Smaragdine for $55 million.

The Stanley lot has a site area of 615.2 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 277 and 461.4 square metres.

The Sai Kung lot has a site area of 1,733 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 208 and 346.6 square metres.
