Brave Sky Investments buys Hung Hom lot for $1.52bn

The lot, with 1,901.7 square metres site area is designated for private residential purposes.

A Government lot in Hung Hom was sold for $1.525 billion at the Lands Department’s first land auction of the 2011-12 financial year at Queen Elizabeth Stadium on Wednesday.

Kowloon Inland Lot 11184 on Ko Shan Road was sold to Brave Sky Investments for $1.525 billion. The opening bid was $900 million, according to a Land's De[artment report.

The lot has a site area of about 1,901.7 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes.

The developer must complete a minimum gross floor area of 8,557 square metres.
