2 sites at Ho Man Tin, Tung Chung up for grabs

Tender for both will open 25 January.

According to a release, the Lands Department announced that a residential site in Ho Man Tin and a commercial site in Tung Chung will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for both lots will run from January 25 to March 8.

The two sites are Kowloon Inland Lot No.11227 at the junction of Sheung Lok and Sheung Shing Streets, Ho Man Tin, and Tung Chung Town Lot No.11 at the junction of Tat Tung Road and Mei Tung Street, Tung Chung.

The Kowloon lot has a site area of 24,077 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 63,666 and 106,110 square metres.

The Tung Chung lot has a site area of 10,026 square metres and is designated for non-industrial, excluding residential, godown and petrol station purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 30,078 and 50,130 square metres.

The final Conditions of Sale for both lots will be uploaded to the Lands Department's website by January 25, while the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
