In a report, the Lands Department announced that tenders for two residential sites have been awarded on 50-year land grants at a total premium of $3.1568 billion.

Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No. 93 was awarded to Cloud Fair Limited, whose parent company is Chime Corporation Limited, for $3 billion.

It has a site area of about 26,302 square metres and is designated for non-industrial purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 45,766 sq m and 76,276 sq m, of which not less than 37,875 sq m and no more than 63,125 sq m are for private residential purposes. The developer must build at least 840 residential units on the site.

Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 434 was awarded to Golden Nice Development Limited, whose parent company is Wah Yip (Holdings) Limited, for $156.8 million.

It has a site area of about 3,457 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 2,697 sq m and 4,494.1 sq m.
