Twenty consent applications for residential developments pending approval

As of end of February, 20 applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted residential units.

Also, three applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted commercial development were pending approval.

It was announced by the Land Department that the 20 applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted residential units being processed involved a total of 8,263 units. Among them, four developments involving a total of 982 units are estimated to be completed this year, while 13 applications involving a total of 5,999 units are estimated to be completed in 2012 and an application involving 1,168 units is estimated to be completed in 2013.  For the remaining two developments involving a total of 114 units, the estimated completion dates are to be updated by the developers.

In addition, one application for consent to assign involving 1,368 residential units and one application for consent to assign for commercial development are being processed.

No pre-sale consent or consent to assign for residential or commercial development was issued in February.
