Office floors in Golden Star Building for sale by public tender

The total gross area of the 2nd to the 4th floor comprises approximately 10,350 sq ft.

According to Colliers International, they have been appointed by order of the owner as the sole agent to offer the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of Golden Star Building in Wanchai.

The property is to be sold on "as-is" basis.

Golden Star Building is located at 20-24 Lockhart Road, Wanchai.
