HK, Brunei join hands to strengthen dispute resolution

The cooperation would further promote HK as a centre for international legal and dispute resolution.

The Hong Kong Department of Justice signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Brunei Darussalam Supreme Court to strengthen dispute avoidance and resolution between the two parties.

The agreement provides a framework to enhance communication, collaboration, and cooperation on dispute avoidance and resolution-related issues and to facilitate the development of related services.

The Department of Justice stated that cooperation with Brunei Darussalam would further promote the Hong Kong's status as a centre for international legal and dispute resolution in the Asia-Pacific region.
