Colliers International names Simon Lo as Asia Head of Research

With the strategic appointment of Lo, the company proceeds to grow its research platform and capabilities to further integrate its services across Asia.

Colliers International has announced the appointment of Simon Lo as the Executive Director of Research and Advisory in Asia. In his new role, Lo will oversee the strategic development of professional research and advisory services provided by Colliers International’s offices in Asia. He is also the Head of Research and Advisory in Hong Kong.

Lo joined Colliers in 1998 as the Head of Research and Advisory in the Hong Kong office. Under his leadership, the team quickly established themselves as one of the thoughts leaders in the property space in Hong Kong and produced market reports which are widely used by developers, investors and multinational corporations. With his wealth of knowledge in the property market, Lo is a regular speaker in client presentations, press conferences, trade events and university seminars. He also provides market commentaries and expert opinions on different property sectors to both local as well as regional media, according to a Colliers International report.
