Four were approved on Hong Kong Island, two in Kowloon, and nine in the New Territories.

The Buildings Department greenlit 15 building plans across Hong Kong in March.

This covers various regions, including four on Hong Kong Island, two in Kowloon, and nine in the New Territories. Of these, four were for apartment/apartment-commercial developments, four for commercial projects, two for factories/industrial sites, and five for community services.

Moreover, four projects have begun superstructure works. At least 23 occupation permits were issued, including eight on Hong Kong Island, four in Kowloon, and 11 in the New Territories. These represent 185,842 sq m of domestic space (2,829 units) and 138,997 sq. m of non-domestic space.

The department also said it received 2,256 reports of unauthorised building works in March and issued 987 removal orders.
