HK, Abu Dhabi sign MoU to enhance capital market connectivity

The two will explore joint initiatives in market promotion, amongst others.

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) to boost collaboration and connectivity between their capital markets.

Under the MoU, HKEX and ADX will explore joint initiatives in market promotion, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), ESG-related products, and cross-listings.

HKEX CEO Bonnie Chan and ADX CEO Abdulla Salem Alnuaimi signed the MoU during the Global Investopia conference in Hong Kong.
