AECOM opens Asia headquarters in Cheung Sha Wan

The office occupies about 126,000 gross square feet across four floors.

AECOM has launched its new Hong Kong office and Asia headquarters at 83 King Lam Street in Cheung Sha Wan.

The office, which occupies approximately 126,000 gross square feet across four floors, features an internet-of-things dashboard to provide real-time data on energy consumption and indoor air quality.

It offers spaces for focused work, project delivery, hybrid meetings, and collaboration under the company’s flexible-working framework.

Ian Chung, chief executive of AECOM’s Asia region, said the headquarters represented the company’s largest office investment in Asia.

“This new workplace will strengthen collaboration and innovation across our teams, enabling us to support the opportunities ahead and continue growing future Hong Kong together with our clients and partners,” Chung added.
