The latest on broadcast rights for Barclays Premier League in Hong Kong

The coverage will involve a total of 380 matches.

PCCW Limited announced that its subsidiary PCCW Media Limited is entering into an exclusive negotiating window, under a standstill agreement, to finalise exclusive multi-screen rights to broadcast in Hong Kong the Barclays Premier League for three seasons commencing from the 2013/2014 season.

The company said that further to the standstill agreement, PCCW Media expects to conclude the final agreement at the earliest possible opportunity, which would allow it to broadcast the BPL games on its now TV service as well as on other platforms including Internet, eye and PCCW mobile.
