HKEx has new board composition

Financial secretary reinstates Hui Chiu-chung and Lee Tze-hau while appointing John Harrison.

Financial Secretary John Tsang has reappointed Hui Chiu-chung and Lee Tze-hau, and appointed John Harrison, as members of the Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Board for two years, according to an HKEx report.

Mr Tsang said they are well respected and experienced figures in the financial services sector.

Mr Hui, Vice Chairman of OSK Holdings, was a member of the Stock Exchange Listing Committee from 2003 to 2009.

Mr Lee, Managing Director of MAP Capital, was also a listing committee member from 2004 to 2007.

Mr Harrison, a non-executive Director of BW Group, was the Deputy Chairman of KPMG International in 2008 to 2010, and Chairman of KPMG Asia Pacific and KPMG China from 2003 to 2009.

Cheung Kin-tung retires from the board on Wednesday after serving for six years.
