Swire Properties opens sales gallery for The Headland Residences
The development will be launched in two phases.
Swire Properties has opened the sales gallery for The Headland Residences, a new residential project on Hong Kong Island’s east coast.
The sales gallery, known as The Tong Chong Suite, is located at Cambridge House in Taikoo Place. Highlights include expansive LED floor displays illustrating the development’s location and transport links, a panoramic media room for virtual tours, and a design gallery where visitors can experience materials and finishes firsthand.
Interactive digital screens also provide details of CLUB HEADLAND, the 80,000 sq ft private clubhouse offering an extensive range of amenities.
A show flat of a 573 sq ft two-bedroom unit is also open, fitted with Poggenpohl and Miele appliances.
The project is designed with an elevated podium 18 metres above street level, with towers rising over 140 metres. Residents will enter through a landscaped drop-off area and a 60-metre-wide lobby.
CLUB HEADLAND, designed by UK-based Conran and Partners, will feature around 30 indoor and outdoor facilities, including a 25-metre pool, family gym, children’s play zone, a 4,000 sq ft lawn and Hong Kong’s first outdoor laconium in a residential development.
The scheme is further complemented by 43,000 sq ft of public open space adjacent to Sheung On Street Playground.
The site is about a 10-minute drive from Taikoo Place and Cityplaza, and 15 minutes from Admiralty and Central.
A new public transport interchange will be built in Phase Two, connecting residents to more than 40 bus and minibus routes and the nearby Chai Wan MTR station.
Developed with Wong & Ouyang and ARK Associates, the project will be completed in two phases. The first occupation permit is expected in 2025.
