The Securities & Futures Commission is running a consultation for amendments to the Codes on Takeovers & Mergers & Share Repurchases.
A news.gov.hk report said, “Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Securities & Futures Commission Alexa Lam said the proposals can facilitate market operations and result in the disclosure of more focused and relevant information.”
