Dickson Concepts to delist from HKEX in August

Its last trading day will be on 21 July.

Luxury goods company Dickson Concepts (International) Limited expects to delist from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) on 11 August, pending its privatisation approval.

Trading in the company’s shares on the HKEX will cease at 4:10 p.m. on 21 July.

Bestcity Assets Limited, owned by Dickson Poon, is seeking to privatise Dickson Concepts through a scheme of arrangement.

Poon is the Group Executive Chairman and Executive Director of Dickson Concepts.
