Manulife Hong Kong partners for cashless medical services

The cashless services cover day-case surgeries at all United Family Hospitals.

Manulife Hong Kong has partnered with New Frontier Group, a healthcare provider in China, to introduce cashless medical services for eligible customers through New Frontier’s subsidiary, Prosper Health.

The collaboration aims to enhance cross-border healthcare options, addressing the demand for high-quality medical services amongst Hong Kong residents and mainland Chinese visitors.

The cashless services cover day-case surgeries at all United Family Hospitals and inpatient procedures within Prosper Health's network in mainland China.

Manulife directly settles medical expenses with Prosper Health for pre-authorised treatments.
Eligible patients also gain access to cashless chemotherapy and radiotherapy at United Family Hospitals.

The partnership extends support to cancer patients by offering expedited outpatient treatment appointments at United Family Hospitals in key cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.

Patients can also avail of a complimentary second-opinion consultation and exclusive door-to-door limousine service to Shenzhen New Frontier United Family Hospital.

This initiative builds on Manulife's previous partnership with HEAL Medical, part of its Greater Bay Area (GBA) Medical Hub.
