SAP's new AI centre to boost productivity by 20% amongst 300 million users

Earlier this year it also announced full integration of AI into its cloud portfolios.

SAP opened its Business AI Experience Centre in Hong Kong to guide enterprises from understanding AI to practical implementation.

The initiative aims to make 300 million end users of SAP 20% more productive, with Joule managing 80% of the most frequently used tasks.

Earlier this year, SAP announced the full integration of business AI into its cloud portfolios and the gradual rollout of Joule. Also, SAP is collaborating with global partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, and NVIDIA to advance the application of generative AI.
