Gov’t forms innotech advisory committee

The committee will advise the government on the strategic development of I&T in the city.

The government has formed an advisory body on innovation, technology and industry development.

The committee will advise the government on the strategic development of innovation and technology in the city, focusing on priorities and key performance indicators to facilitate I&T development along the directions set out in the Hong Kong Innovation & Technology Development Blueprint.

The Secretary of  Innovation, Technology and Industry Development will lead the advisory board comprising representatives and experts from academia, information technology and other relevant sectors as well as government officials.
