eBRAM and the Canton Data Exchange have jointly launched the Hong Kong Data Talent Training Programme to cultivate high-level data talent for the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA).
The programme curriculum integrates policy interpretation, practical case studies, scenario-based learning, and qualification certification, with a focus on data assetization, compliance governance, and cross-border applications.
Participants will receive three certifications upon completion: a joint certificate from eBRAM and Canton Data Exchange, a Chief Data Officer (Advanced) competency evaluation certified by the MIIT Talent Exchange Center, and a Certified Data Compliance Counselor designation from the Canton Data Exchange.
Courses will be held on 6 November at Justice Place in Hong Kong and 7 November at the Canton Data Exchange.
Instruction will be conducted in Mandarin, and the programme targets Hong Kong professionals engaged in GBA-related data business.
Pricing is tiered: $11,600 for early bird registration (by 29 October), $13,600 standard, and $10,600 for strategic partners.
Backed by China’s National Data Administration under its 2024–2026 Digital Talent Action Plan, the programme aims to align Hong Kong’s legal and financial strengths with the GBA’s data industry ecosystem.
