PCCW said the full suite of ezTRACK includes:

• Genuine Product Authentication Solution – Enables supply chain e-pedigree visibility to assist brand owners, distributors and retailers in combating counterfeiting and diversion, while increasing brand integrity and bolstering consumer confidence.
• Cold Chain Management Solution – Captures real-time data of food, wine and pharmaceuticals, including temperature with time, and location of products in transit, to control and monitor the supply chain process, so as to ensure product quality and consumer and patient safety.
• Item Level Tracking Solution – Uplifts inventory accuracy and visibility for both stockroom and sales floor that speed up the time of stock replenishment to enhance customer shopping experience and satisfaction.
• Warehouse Management System – Enables product tracking and tracing from any location at any time, reducing overhead cost and enhancing the efficiency of stock-taking, as well as improving the accuracy of stock-out procedures.
• Retail Management System – Facilitates inventory channel management and provides extended information platform to customers.
• Consumer Behaviour Analysis - By capturing customers' consumption data, retailers can effectively design and conduct consumer behaviour analysis.
