Collaboration is amongst the top reasons for employees to return to the office.

In terms of workplace wellness, nearly 90% value these aspects, with physical and mental health as top priorities.

In addition, office tenants are looking for retail experiences and entertainment in the office community, with brand pop-ups (55%) and live music (49%) being the events that respondents are most likely to attend.

Taikoo Place also revealed that face-to-face meetings, a better work environment, and the desire to collaborate are the top three reasons for individuals to return to the office.
