FLOW begins construction on new 30MW Tokyo data campus

The facility will include two buildings with a combined IT load capacity of 30 megawatts (MW).

FLOW Digital Infrastructure has announced the start of construction on a new data center campus in Central Tokyo.

The facility will include two buildings, named TK7 and TK8, with a combined IT load capacity of 30 megawatts (MW).

The first building, TK7, will offer 6MW of IT capacity and is scheduled to be operational in the first quarter of 2027.

The campus is located near existing data center clusters in Otemachi and Toyosu, areas known for hosting major digital infrastructure.

FLOW, a digital infrastructure platform backed by alternative investment firm PAG, stated that the new facility will support demand from hyperscale and enterprise customers.
