French Pavilion to rise at Hong Kong Optical Fair 2013

Will showcase France’s latest eyewear collections.

Ubifrance, the French Agency for international business development, and Syndicat National Lunettes de France (the French Association for eyewear) will open a French Pavilion at Hong Kong Optical Fair 2013 from November 6 to 8.

The French exhibitors are looking forward to showcase their latest eye-wear collection and evaluate business opportunities in Hong Kong.

The French Pavilion at the trade show brings together 17 leading companies from the French eye-wear industry. This presence includes BNL Eurolens, Vuillet Vega, Albin Paget, Look Vision, Opal, Oxibis, Visioptis, Yves Cogan, Zilli, Oko Eyewear, Henry Jullien, Lunettes Grasset, Vanessa & Mehdi, VGI - Anne & Valentin, Modern Optique, Gold & Wood and MI5 Lunettes specializing in design and manufacture of top quality frames, sunglasses and licensing of some of the world renowned eyewear brands.

Estimated at HK$2.56 billion, the Hong Kong optics sector has seen a growth of nearly 39% over the past two years. France is the 4th largest exporter of opticals in the world.
