Nissin secures land in Zhuhai for new RMB240m production facility

It will be used to acquire the land, construct new production facilities, and install automated, labour-saving lines.

Nissin Foods Company Limited has secured land-use rights for two strategically located parcels in Jinwan District, Zhuhai, Guangdong.

The contracts, signed with the Zhuhai Natural Resources Bureau, cover a combined area of approximately 58,487 square metres, with a total consideration of RMB30.68m.

The group plans to invest over RMB240m to acquire the land, construct new production facilities, and install automated, labour-saving lines.

The planned facility is intended to increase manufacturing capacity, reduce operational downtime, and create synergies with Nissin’s existing network in the Greater Bay Area.

It is also designed to meet rising demand for the group’s premium product lines and to support long-term, sustainable growth in Mainland China.
