La Rotisserie opens today in Sheung Wan

La Rotisserie is founded by three French guys, Marie Ranc, Aurelien Malik Benbernou and Jerome Carlier, who look for their favorite dish from childhood “the rotisserie grilled Chicken” and now recreate it in Hong Kong.
