The Coffee Academïcs sets foot in Harbour City with pop-up

The first branch outside Hong Kong Island.

Coffeehouse brand The Coffee Academïcs opens a pop-up in Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui, the brand’s first branch outside of Hong Kong Island, bringing “Hong Kong blend” state-of-the-art coffee-making technology and new food menu to one of the city’s buzziest shopping mall.

According to a release from The Coffee Academïcs, the pop-up shop will open for one year from June 2014 onwards, offering the city’s coffee lovers a perfect hangout.

The new pop-up offers the much anticipated “Hong Kong Blend”, which is a coffee that has been custom blended by Hong Kongers for Hong Kongers based on research conducted on how Hong Kongers from all sectors of society like their coffee to taste.

Proudly roasted in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Blend is an exquisite blend of 5 single origin coffees from South America, Asia and Central America Honduras Fair Trade Organic coffee beans.
