TransUnion names new TUCIS independent director
Helen Kan was executive director and deputy ceo of China CITIC Bank International.
TransUnion has appointed Helen Kan as an independent non-executive director of TransUnion Credit Information Services Limited (TUCIS), effective 20 July 2026.
Before her role, Kan served as executive director and deputy ceo of China CITIC Bank International.
In addition, she has spent more than 25 years at Standard Chartered Bank, holding senior roles across consumer finance, product management, sales, and distribution.
She is currently an honorary adviser to the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, a board member of the Hong Kong Deposit Protection Board, and a member of the Protection of Critical Infrastructure (Computer Systems) Appeal Board.
Kan also holds governance roles at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
She serves as a Hong Kong delegate to the All-China Women’s Federation and an executive committee member of the Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executives Association.
TUCIS is a wholly owned subsidiary of TransUnion Hong Kong.
